A free verse form of expression, prose opens windows in which to view the world anew, zooming in on sights, sounds, smells, or widening out to create landscapes of artistic imagery. In this class, we will study the art of prose and learn how to craft pieces that are deeply unique.
This workshop will meet from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on February 28, 2026.
Taught by Cristie Coffing, the Beginning Prose workshop is open to teens and adults of any skill level. No experience is necessary. Class fees are nonrefundable.
