Mindful Art Making: FALL (October 17)

Ready to tap into your creativity in a welcoming and uplifting space?

Join us for a relaxing 2.5-hour workshop where we’ll explore the theme of "letting go" through the creation of a meaningful mixed media piece. As we make art, we’ll celebrate the energy of fall with mindfulness, journaling, and reflection around the theme of “letting go.”

You’ll leave not just with a meaningful piece of art, but also with inspiration to continue your own creative self-care journey and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is for everyone from the experienced working artist to those who have never picked up a paintbrush.

Bring your:

• Curiosity

• Playfulness

• Willingness to engage in self-reflection

All supplies will be provided, but journaling will be part of the experience, so if you have your own journal and want to bring it, feel free!

This class is taught by Holly Pennington, and meets on October 17 from 10:00am to 12:30pm, and is open to anyone 16+. No experience necessary.

Cost: $60
