Do you know a creative kid who loves manga and comics and dreams of making their own, but doesn’t know where to start? Then this is the exciting comics class for you! Together, students will learn how to bring their characters, stories, and worlds to life - one panel at a time! From silly superheroes to slice-of-life adventures, students will explore how to write, draw, and design their very own comic pages.
In this class, we delve into the fundamentals of creating a comic with a professional comics artist guiding the way. Each week, we will focus on different parts of creating a comic, ultimately writing and illustrating an eight-page zine!
