Colored Pencil Still Life (January 9)

This class is all about diving into the deeper artistic potential of colored pencils.

We'll explore the fundamentals of color theory and techniques through demonstrations before applying those skills to a still life study. Through guided demonstrations and step-by-step practice, students will learn layering, burnishing, blending, and observation techniques to create rich, realistic artwork. Perfect for beginning to intermediate colored pencil artists.

Taught by local artist and professional illustrator Blayne Fox, this workshop meets from 5:00-7:00pm on January 9, and is open to artists ages 16 and up.
