Mindful Art Making - SUMMER (June 27)

$60.00

Ready to tap into your creativity in a welcoming and uplifting space?

Join us for a relaxing 2-hour workshop where we’ll explore personal symbols and create a meaningful mixed media piece. As we make art, we’ll celebrate the energy of spring with mindfulness, journaling, and reflection around the theme of “nurture.”

What does nurture look like in your life? What does "nurture" mean to you?

You’ll leave not just with a meaningful piece of art, but also with inspiration to continue your own creative self-care journey and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is for everyone from the experienced working artist to those who have never picked up a paintbrush. Ages 16+. All supplies provided, but if you want to bring your personal journal, feel free!

If you have never picked up a paintbrush, this workshop is for you. And if you are a working artist with decades of experience, this is for you too!

Bring your:

• Curiosity

• Playfulness

• Willingness to engage in self-reflection

All supplies will be provided, but journaling will be part of the experience, so if you have your own journal and want to bring it, feel free!

Class meets on June 27, from 10am-12pm, and is open to anyone 16+. No experience necessary.

Workshop fees are nonrefundable.
